What You’ll Do:

• Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals.
• Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms.
• Provide pricing quotes, inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person visits.
• Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise.
• Process credit applications and assist customers through the sales process.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, products, and certifications.
• Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads.
• Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards.
