Holiday World is looking for RV Technicians that have experience in areas such as electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, construction, appliance repair, or general handyman work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on RV systems and components
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Inspect units and identify recommended repairs
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in manufacturer and company training programs
• Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs
• Install RV accessories and components
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that creates exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

• RV, automotive, diesel, marine, or related mechanical experience is valued
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning
