Do you enjoy helping people and keeping things organized? Join our team as a Service Receptionist and be the welcoming voice and face of our busy RV service department. At Holiday World, we don’t just sell RV’s, we Create RV Life Experiences for our customers. We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and ready to deliver a top-notch customer experience!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet RV service customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Accurately input customer and RV details into our service system
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to provide status updates
  • Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables and post payments.
  • Assist Service Advisors with daily duties
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Data entry for warranty 
  • Accounts receivable

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication – Clear, friendly, and professional, both in person and on the phone
  • Organization & multitasking – Able to juggle appointments, calls, and walk-ins without missing a beat
  • Customer service mindset – A calm, positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable using computers and learning dealership or service scheduling systems
  • Attention to detail – Accurate with data entry and payment handling
  • Team player – Works well with technicians, advisors, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
