Warmly greet service department customers and address their needs promptly
Listen attentively to customers and clearly communicate repair requirements to technicians
Promote additional services with integrity, using low-pressure upselling techniques
Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
Follow dealership guidelines for customer vehicle care and operations
Keep customers updated on repair progress and follow up diligently
Inspect completed repairs to ensure top-quality standards
Notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup
Review repairs and costs with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Address minor customer concerns and complaints professionally
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores aligned with dealership goals

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a service-related role is preferred but not mandatory
