Service Department Receptionist

If you are customer service oriented and happen to love recreational vehicles, then our dealership has the perfect job for you! The Service Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This position supports the service department by answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating with service advisors and technicians to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately and efficiently enter client information into company database
• Assists Service Manager with daily duties.
• Answer and routing all Service Department incoming phone calls.
• Review, scan, sort, file, and upload files.
• Perform all scanning of documents into database.
• Performs varied and basic typing, clerical functions.
• Monitor Accounts Receivables and post payments.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily duties.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor / manager

• Basic accounting experience and/or knowledge.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma Required.

 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
