Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Production Manager with a proven ability to oversee and optimize our RV repair and service operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Prepare Jobs: Coordinate all aspects of repair jobs before dispatching, ensuring availability of parts, support, technicians, and necessary approvals to streamline shop operations.
• Pre-Repair Walkthroughs: Conduct detailed job walkthroughs with technicians prior to starting repairs to clearly communicate expectations, repair scope, and timelines.
• Monitor Ongoing Repairs: Perform regular job walkthroughs during repairs to identify and address any issues, minimizing rework and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Quality Control (QC): Inspect all jobs prior to completion, ensuring each unit meets our high standards before it leaves the shop.
• Documentation: Sign off (initial) on each job line to document QC completion and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management, preferably in automotive, RV, or a related industry.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technicians and other team members.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow efficiency.

Education and/or Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
• 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Must have experience with Recreational Vehicles

Compensation

Compensation is based on skills, education, and experience; Salary plus Commission compensation structure
