We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven Sales Representative who will go the extra mile to serve customers and represent the Holiday World spirit.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Are you a people-friendly extrovert who thrives in a customer-centric environment? Do you have a passion for connecting people with the perfect RV and enjoy using social media to bring in new customers? If so, this could be the role for you!

 

While previous experience in RV sales would be a plus, it’s not required. What matters most is a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role has the potential to earn a six-figure income, but it requires dedication, a proactive approach, and the ability to hustle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Excellence: Engage with customers, learn the ins and outs of Grand Design RVs, and provide an exceptional buying experience.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively promote our League City location and Grand Design RVs on social media platforms to attract new foot traffic. This is a must!
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, going above and beyond to ensure they feel valued and supported.
  • Weekend Availability: Work Saturdays, as it’s our busiest day, to ensure maximum availability for our customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to create a supportive, high-energy work environment.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated, go-getter attitude with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with social media and a willingness to post regularly to bring in extra foot traffic.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays, along with standard business hours.
  • A positive mindset and eagerness to learn; prior RV sales experience is a bonus but not required!
