Part Time Receptionist

RECEPTIONIST/GREETER (PART-TIME)

At Holiday World RV our receptionists are usually the first contact our customers have with our dealership, by phone and in person.  We are looking for a friendly, positive and energetic professional to join our team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer the phone and direct callers to the appropriate party or department
• Greet all visitors in a friendly, helpful manner
• Gather information from visitors and complete any necessary paperwork
• Direct clients to the appropriate person or location to meet their needs
• Listen to client concerns and determine their needs
• Support sales and service team with related clerical work
• Bake cookies for customers
• Take photos of RVs, when needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service focus
• Ability of operate a multi-line phone system
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work week-ends and evenings

 EDUCATION

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
