Earning Potential:  $100,000 - $150,000 a year

 

HOLIDAY WORLD RV is looking for dynamic individuals with a passion to make our customer’s dreams come true to join our RV Sales Team. 

The sky is the limit for a highly motivated, results-driven team player who wants to, not only close the sale but turn new buyers into lifetime customers. You do not need previous experience to take advantage of this opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with our customers
  • Listen to our customer’s and help find their dream RV
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Understand and implement the dealership sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to delivery)
  • Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications through daily training
  • Follow-up with customers, including past customers
  • To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work Saturdays.

Education and/or Experience

Sales experience is not necessary, but prior sales training is a PLUS.

Compensation

Top performers in this position have an earning potential of $100,000 to $150,000 or more!
