Aftermarket Sales Specialist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Aftermarket Sales Specialist. 

Job Responsibilities

• Walk customers through units to explain the functions and upsell additional accessories
• Assist customers in store and over phone with parts and accessories

• Maintain the Parts Store inventory
• Determine the needs and identify the part accurately
• Create and modify purchase order and issue to appropriate vendor to order parts
• Enter special order parts on the computer, track the parts order and notify customers when parts arrive
• Process and close open invoices
• Perform on-going inventories in warehouse

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year dealership warehouse experience, preferred
• Product training will conducted onsite with Management and product vendors

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
