Job Responsibilities

• Strong diagnostic & repair skills for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more
• Repair / replace / install RV accessories and components as necessary.
• Communicate information and updates about work to shop foreman and service advisors.
• Accurately account for time spent on jobs utilizing our computer and paperless systems.
• Follow manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement for warranty repairs.
• Attention to detail & customer-focused mindset
  

Education /Experience

• Master Certified RV Technician (RVDA/RVIA certification preferred)
• Experience with major RV brands and warranty/service work
