Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive related tasks
  • Works independently with little or no supervision
  • Oversee hiring and training of office employees
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure that office processes run smoothly
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor performance
  • Learn accounting software
  • Knowledge of schedules and month end processes, financial statements
  • Maintain the general ledger

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (IDS and Blue Screen) is a plus.
