RV Service Technician Trainee - Training Available
No RV experience? No problem. We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and build a career as an RV Technician.
Holiday World RV Techs know a little bit about everything—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, etc. If you are handy, dedicated, responsible, professional and have a great attitude we will train you.   We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working techs who see the value in a good day’s work for good a day’s pay. Job Responsibilities

Examine and diagnose RV problems.
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
Attend company and factory training.
Keep current with factory technical bulletins.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste).
Education /Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma). Direct RV experience is not required.

Make Ready Technician – Auto Detailer
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Make Ready Technician/Auto Detailer.  The purpose of the Make Ready Technician position is to prepare and detail vehicles for delivery.
 
What You’ll Do:

Trains and assists other make-ready and detail technicians
Orders and inventories make-ready supplies
Acts as liaison between department staff(s) and Sales Managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles
Details clients’ vehicles as needed
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Notes damage and notify Service so a claim can be filed within 24 hours
Performs quality control inspection of all vehicles before being brought to frontline

Take responsibility for the sales department's performance and results, and build, train, and maintain a high-quality sales organization. Oversee inventory management to ensure profitability for Holiday World.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful Sales management experience.
- Experience in managing inventory, leading sales staff, and a proven track record of successful sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, motivating, coaching, counseling, and understanding individual employee motivations.
- Proven and successful customer service skills, including handling customer resolutions.
- Strong leadership in implementing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit high-quality salespeople through provided hiring procedures, offering in-depth training either in-house or through external means.
2. Enforce all Sales processes and set minimum expectations for sales goals.
3. Utilize educational training materials from the manufacturer, Holiday World, and other external sources to train sales staff and strengthen their product knowledge.
4. Establish and implement effective prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing, and delivery systems to clearly define relationships with customers.
5. Conduct monthly performance reviews with each sales consultant, defining sales and gross profit goals.
6. Research, define, and stay updated on current market information to maximize sales profitability, turn ratios, and customer satisfaction.
7. Provide input on forecast unit sales and gross profit levels by brands and makes.
8. Maintain and manage inventory levels to maximize turn ratio.
9. Develop and maintain positive relations with all current and future partners.
10. Assume responsibility for the net profit/loss position of the managed store, including hiring and firing with corporate oversight.
11. Collaborate with upper management on market ideas and materials.

Forklift Operator/RV Lot Porter
Can you back a trailer into a tight spot? Or pull a 5th wheel into a repair bay? Can you also operate a forklift? Then we may have a job for you! Our busy RV dealership needs an RV porter and forklift operator who can safely move large recreational vehicles around our property—in and out of service bays, onto storage lots, etc. Big vehicles are a big responsibility, so only serious inquiries with great skills need apply.
 
What You’ll Do:

Move RV inventory of varying size safely around the dealership lot
Maintain the cleanliness and order of RV inventory, lot and company property
Provide support for service and sales functions as needed
Attends department meetings

Must have experience operating forklifts and must be comfortable driving RVs of every size and configuration (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.).

Location:         Katy, TX
Job Mission:    Manage sales staff, ensuring outstanding customer service in a professional manner while following all processes and procedures of Holiday World.  Responsible for the sales department performance and results as well as build, train and maintain a quality sales organization.  Manage the inventory which in turn is profitable for Holiday World.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years Successful Sales management experience in the RV Industry.
Experience with managing inventory, managing sales staff and proven successful sales experience.
Must have experience mentoring, motivating, coaching, counselling and understanding what motivates employees on an individual basis.
Proven and successful customer service skills and handling customer resolutions.
A strong leader in implements of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities

Hire quality salespeople through hiring procedures provided, in-depth training, either in-house or through outside means.
Enforce all Sales processes and minimum expectations for sales goals.
Utilize all educational training materials provided by the manufacturer, Holiday World and other outside sources provided to train sales staff and strengthen their product knowledge.
Establish and implement prospecting, demonstration, customer handling, closing, and delivery systems that clearly define our relationships to our customers.
Maintain and control performance reviews with each sales consultant each month.
Define sales and gross profit goals and objectives with each sales consultant monthly and yearly.
Research, define and maintain current market information to maximize sales profitability, turn ratios and customer satisfaction.
Establish and give input on forecast unit sales and gross profit levels by brands and makes.
Maintain and manage inventory levels to maximize turn ratio.
Develop and maintain good relations with all current and future partners.
Responsible for the net profit/loss position of the store that is being managed.
Hire/fire responsibility with the approval of corporate oversight.
Input with upper management of market ideas and material.
