Customer Service and Delivery Coordinator

CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY COORDINATOR

At Holiday World we strive to give our customers exceptional service. We are looking for a friendly, positive and energetic professional to join our service department team. This position is very Customer-related and experience working with customers is required.

This Coordinator will meet with customers after they have purchased their new RV and coordinate all pre-delivery activities including ensuring any additions or changes are completed.  The Coordinator will schedule the date of the final walk-through and make plans for the delivery/pick-up.  The Coordinator will be the customers primary contact after the sale.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting and meeting with customers, after the sales and finance process has been completed
• Detail what is needed to ensure the unit will the ready for pick-up/delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Service and Parts 
• Walk the RV with the customer, taking notes on any needed changes
• Listen to client concerns and determine their needs
• Schedule pick-up date and time
• Be present during the delivery/pick-up 

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent customer service focus and experience is a MUST
• Ability to listen and understand the customer's needs 
• Great communication skills; in person, over the phone and via email is essential
• Ability to handle several appointments and customers with ease
• Strong organizational skills

 EDUCATION

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Walking (inside a building and/or outside in the parking lot)  
• Inspection of an RV may include: stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching with hands and arms 
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
