Responsibilities:

The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the company in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and in keeping with the goals and objectives of the organization.

The successful candidate for this position will have led financial reporting, accounting, audit, compliance and tax planning responsibilities for a small to midsized multi-location, multi-state dealership, preferably in the new and used RV, Truck or Auto Dealership capacity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have between 5 and 15+ years of accounting and finance experience as a CFO in the RV, truck or auto dealership capacity preferably multi-location, multi-state new and used RV Dealership space. Viable candidates will have demonstrated accounting and finance and accounting leadership skills and willingness to take ownership of a broad base of corporate office responsibilities. Candidate must be hands-on and willing to get involved in the day to day nuts and bolts of back office operations.  Strong attention to detail and organization skills, coupled with high integrity and proven history to perform high quality work. Experience and track-record with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and high growth initiatives is required. Positive, open attitude with flexibility to work on different projects under different timelines. An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and self-starting individual contributor are among the professional traits we prefer.

  • CFO Experience with multi-location $200 million + Dealership is a Must.
  • CPA Preferred
