Receptionist

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven  Receptionist.  The Receptionist will hospitably greet all clients and operate the switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls. This position is a part-time position and includes mornings, evenings, and a few Saturday shifts.   There will also be some holiday shifts. Serious inquiries only please.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations

• Must possess positive personality,work well with others, enjoy helping customers and support business needs as needed.
• Be a fast learner and able to follow directions.  
• Required to answer high volume phone lines.
• Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business
• Directs clients to lounge, and refers clients to appropriate personel for vehicle status updates
• Diffuses client concerns and directs to the appropriate member for assistance.
• Understands and follows the receptionist process.
• Provide excellent customer service.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
