CUSTOMER SERVICE and DELIVERY COORDINATOR
At Holiday World we strive to give our customers exceptional service. We are looking for a friendly, positive and energetic professional to join our service department team. This position is very Customer-related and experience working with customers is required.
This Coordinator will meet with customers after they have purchased their new RV and coordinate all pre-delivery activities including ensuring any additions or changes are completed. The Coordinator will schedule the date of the final walk-through and make plans for the delivery/pick-up. The Coordinator will be the customers primary contact after the sale.
