RV Sales Qualification Specialist 

Job Description

The Sales Qualification Specialist is responsibile for contacting potential customers through lead generated sources. Contacting potential customers are made by phone, email, and social media, to proactively generate more business. This individual will be engaging prospective and current customers to better understand their needs, driving new business opportunities and builiding a solid pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team. This position will provide a superior experience to targeted Holiday World RV customers and prospects with a propensity to purchase recreational vehicles, engage with targeted customers aligned with our marketing campaigns, leverage our marketing tools, and incorporate more channels.

Job Responsibilities;

  • Work with Sales Representatives to ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback from generated leads
  • Consistently contact leads and update on a daily basis
  • Provide rapid and accurate data entry into the CRM system.
  • Remain current on current and new product offerings, features, accesories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Attend product and sales training as directed by Management. 
  • Must be familair and/or understand CRM software.
  • To mazimize earning potential, you must be able to work weekends. 
  • Attend local and regional RV tradeshows. 

Education and/or Experience

  • Ability to connect with prospects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technology and internet savvy.
  • Excellent written skills and communication skills over the phone.
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and work well on their own or as a member of a team.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload. 
  • Previous experience in selling preferred but not required. Industry knowledge a plus.
  • Highly collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.

Compensation

Holiday World RV offers a competitive salary plus commission. Top performers in this position have an earning potential of more than $80,000 annually.
